Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer Specialist integrates technical knowledge with sales proficiency to deliver value-engineered solutions within the construction industry. This role entails collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with consultants, architects, civil & piling contractors.
  • Visit project sites, provide design assistance, and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare client offers, manage projects, and foster supplier relationships.
  • Drive market share growth in KSA through analysis and promotion.
  • Provide after-sales support and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor payments, update databases, and generate sales reports.
  • Requirements include strong contacts, MS Office proficiency, and technical acumen.
  • Build client rapport, solve problems, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a commercial mindset are essential.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have 2-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience within the Steel Solutions sector.
  • Established a network of relationships with structural consultants.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Industry expertise in Earth Retaining Systems, Shoring Solutions, Marine Infrastructure, Water Treatment Plants, Desalination, Refineries, Ports, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering; Masters preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in design & construction practices, particularly in shoring. Experience with Geotech/soil nailing/ground anchors is advantageous.
  • Technical expertise coupled with strong sales acumen.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across government and private sectors.
  • Innovative thinking beyond conventional methods.
  • Performance-driven team player with a global perspective.
  • Demonstrated patience, perseverance, and long-term vision.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and multilingual with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
