Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Chocolate industry in the UAE B2B sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales pitches and proposals accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of company’s chocolate products, highlighting their competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize value for both parties while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer support.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software, providing regular reports and updates to management.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations, certifications, and industry standards related to chocolate products, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional post-sales support.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients at every stage of the relationship.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5 years in B2B sales within the Chocolate industry in UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market, with a network of contacts and clients in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
