Work Environment:
This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the comfort of working from home while maintaining professional standards. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A full commitment to this position is required, and candidates should not be engaged in other employment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on potential leads using online databases, social media platforms, and industry publications.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email or phone to introduce the company's staffing and recruitment services.
  • Follow up on leads generated from previous interactions to maintain interest and engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with qualified leads to discuss their staffing needs.
  • Visit companies in person to present our services, reinforcing the value and benefits we provide.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure new clients.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline with new leads and opportunities.
  • Submit a daily report detailing the companies visited and contacts made.
  • Achieve or surpass the new client acquisition goals set by the organization.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and client acquisition within a service-based industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage with prospective clients across various locations within the UAE.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills.
  • Exceptional command of the English language and strong communication skills.
