Job Brief:
Our client in the equipment trading industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. This Emirati-only role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the material handling and facility management equipment industry. The role focuses on driving business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads via research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships to support long-term business.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Draft and deliver customized proposals and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Provide product development teams with feedback on customer trends and demands.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed and updated sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Sales experience in the material handling or facility management equipment sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
  • Must have a UAE National Family Book.
