Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the water treatment industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing sales strategies, attracting new clients within the food service sector, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and attract new clients for food service to sell water treatment products.
  • Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
  • Manage and negotiate with clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage sales of products and services.
  • Research and analyze sales competition.
  • Use various sales methods including door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations to achieve targets.
  • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Build productive, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and skills.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within assigned territory.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of overachieving quotas.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
