Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand export sales, specifically focusing on American vehicle brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong front-line sales experience within the automotive spare parts industry, particularly in the UAE and GCC re-export markets. This role requires a proven track record in customer acquisition, sales growth, and market development, along with strong product knowledge of American automotive spare parts.
Job Responsibilities:Key Result Areas (KRAs):- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned export regions.
- Expand the customer base within the American vehicle spare parts segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Improve profit margins through effective pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in export markets.
- Collaborate with sourcing and product development teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Sales volume growth and revenue achievement.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention and repeat business rate.
- Improvement in gross profit margins.
- Number of successful negotiations and sales closures.
- Market share growth in target automotive segments.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for export markets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the American vehicle spare parts segment.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for product sourcing and development.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback.
- Represent the organization at automotive industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
