Job Brief:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced and proactive Japanese & Korean Spare Parts Sales Executive to manage and grow its aftermarket spare parts business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling Korean brands such as KIA and Hyundai, as well as Japanese brands including Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and others. The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of automotive spare parts numbering systems and a strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, particularly within the automotive aftermarket sector.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term business relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage aftermarket sales for Japanese and Korean automotive spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed spare parts numbering knowledge across multiple automotive brands.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in pricing strategy discussions to remain competitive in the market.
  • Support management with sales forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and profit margins.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
  • Sales Performance – Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Customer Retention & Relationship Management – Maintain and grow key customer accounts
  • Market Development – Expand customer base in existing and new markets
  • Reporting Accuracy – Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports
  • Customer Satisfaction – Maintain service excellence and ensure repeat business

  • Sales growth percentage (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Number of new clients acquired

  • Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting

Job Requirements:
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree required
Educational Stream:

Relevant Experience:
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Japanese and Korean automotive spare parts aftermarket sales
  • Experience handling KIA or Hyundai spare parts is mandatory
  • Experience working in the Nasa Square automotive spare parts market is an added advantage
Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
  • Knowledge of Korean or Japanese language – Preferred
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese and Korean automotive spare parts numbering systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of the Nasa Square spare parts market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Work Experience:
  • 5–6 years of experience in Japanese and Korean automotive spare parts aftermarket sales.
  • Experience handling KIA or Hyundai spare parts is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Japanese brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, etc., is preferred.
