Job Summary:
Our client urgently seeks a Sales Executive for their Washroom Hygiene Division in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role entails B2B and B2C sales, managing territories, and establishing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a UAE Driving License, a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2 years of UAE sales experience in the same industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Territory and time management for assigned customers/area.
• Listen to customer requirements and present solutions appropriately for sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its markets, both existing and potential.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Overcome objections and persuade customers to purchase.
• Advise on product developments and discuss special promotions.
• Assist in creating detailed proposal documents and providing timely quotations.
• Make accurate cost calculations and ensure timely quotations.
• Liaise with the sales coordinator to monitor existing/pending orders.
• Ensure timely collections to avoid bad debts for assigned customers.
• Review and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understand customers' businesses and requirements.
• Provide feedback on current/future trends to the division/sales manager.
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• UAE Driving License holder.
• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C UAE sales experience in the Washroom Hygiene industry.
