Job Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Floorcare Division. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of UAE sales experience in B2B and B2C markets, preferably within the floor care, waste care, or cleaning solutions industry. This role requires strong networking skills to engage with hotels, facility management companies, developers, contractors, and consultants. The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to grow business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned territory and time efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential customers, arrange meetings, and develop new business relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct cold calling and market research to identify new business prospects.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and negotiate agreements to close sales.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide clients with product updates, special promotions, and tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and reports based on customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales coordinator to monitor order progress and deliveries.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, aiming for zero bad debts.
  • Analyze customer needs and industry trends to provide feedback for business growth.
  • Consistently review sales performance and work towards exceeding targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in the floorcare, waste care, cleaning equipment, and cleaning solutions industry.
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales background, with an established network in hotels, facility management, developers, and contractors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a competitive market environment.
