Job Brief:
Our client in the food trading industry is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales of food products such as ghee, pickles, oils, and other related goods. This is a field-based role that requires strong market knowledge, target orientation, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach new customers within the UAE’s food trading sector.
  • Promote and sell food products including ghee, pickles, oils, and other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and HORECA clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent market penetration.
  • Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activity and trends.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account hygiene.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply team to ensure prompt deliveries.
  • Participate in promotional events and food trade exhibitions as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in selling food products such as ghee, pickles, oils, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE food trading market.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
