packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in packaging sales within the UAE and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Job Responsibilities:- Primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholder,s and critical decision makers.
- Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine their requirements.
- Ensure the timely delivery of our products to the customer.
- Negotiate pricing in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop and successfully implement the individual business plan.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
- Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, samples, and account communication using the company’s CRM.
- To support the finance department in recovering all aging payments of your customers
- To source trading materials as per customer specifications in conjunction with the sales coordinator/customer service executive.
