Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in packaging sales within the UAE and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Job Responsibilities:
  • Primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholder,s and critical decision makers.
  • Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine their requirements.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of our products to the customer.
  • Negotiate pricing in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
  • Forecast and track key business metrics to develop and successfully implement the individual business plan.
  • Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
  • Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, samples, and account communication using the company’s CRM.
  • To support the finance department in recovering all aging payments of your customers
  • To source trading materials as per customer specifications in conjunction with the sales coordinator/customer service executive.
Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a Marketing/Business Development/Sales environment in packaging or its subsidiary industry.
  • Essential sales experience required in the B2B manufacturing sector in the UAE.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently with little to no micro management.
  • A proven track record of forecasting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Proficient at networking and maintaining effective professional relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a charismatic personality.
  • Must be comfortable working as a team toward mutual business unit goals.
