Job Brief:Our client is looking for a results-driven
Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling a wide range of heavy-duty to light-duty packaging products used across industries such as petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present and promote company products to potential customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Assist with sales order processing, including reviewing customer transactions and service inquiries.
- Maintain and update the existing database and develop new business and client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries to support the sales force’s face-to-face selling time.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
- Sell products through direct contact and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and address customer complaints or objections.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it internally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and better results.
- Ensure availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with logistics and other departments for smooth deliveries.
