Job Brief:
Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling a wide range of heavy-duty to light-duty packaging products used across industries such as petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products to potential customers.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Assist with sales order processing, including reviewing customer transactions and service inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the existing database and develop new business and client relationships.
  • Handle client inquiries to support the sales force’s face-to-face selling time.
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
  • Sell products through direct contact and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and address customer complaints or objections.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it internally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and better results.
  • Ensure availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and other departments for smooth deliveries.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Holder of a valid UAE Driving License.
  • Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and prospecting abilities.
  • Sales planning and organizational proficiency.
  • Proactive, honest, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
