Job Brief:
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our client in the structural steel fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction and steel sectors in the UAE. This role requires building relationships with contractors and consultants, preparing competitive proposals, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the structural steel and construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized steel fabrication solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, site visits, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the structural steel fabrication industry in the UAE.
  • Strong technical understanding of structural steel products and fabrication processes.
  • Good knowledge of local construction standards and key industry players.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
