Job Brief:
Our client is a well-established kitchen cabinet and wardrobe company in Abu Dhabi, representing one of the most reputable international brands in the industry. The company is known for delivering premium kitchen and wardrobe solutions while maintaining high standards of design, functionality, and customer service.

They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Interior Designer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen design and sales, along with the ability to engage clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored kitchen solutions.

This role requires a professional who is capable of managing the entire sales and design process, from client consultation and concept development to finalizing designs and closing sales. The candidate should also possess strong industry connections and experience working with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors within the UAE market.

The position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires an individual who is proactive, client-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional design solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their kitchen design requirements, preferences, and functional needs.
  • Develop customized kitchen and wardrobe design solutions that align with client expectations and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present professional design proposals and portfolios to clients.
  • Utilize kitchen design software to create detailed layouts, drawings, and visual presentations.
  • Promote and position the company’s range of premium kitchen cabinets and wardrobe brands to potential clients.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other decision-makers within the construction and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals to support long-term business growth.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client consultations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and evolving client requirements within the kitchen and wardrobe industry.
  • Provide professional consultation and recommendations to clients based on design feasibility, functionality, and product offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
  • Report directly to the Branch Manager in Abu Dhabi and provide regular updates on sales performance and project progress.
Job Requirements:
  • Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is essential.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi with a strong background in kitchen design and sales.
  • Proven experience working with European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe brands.
  • Proficiency in kitchen design software and the ability to create professional design presentations.
  • Strong focus on sales performance and client conversion.
  • Established professional network with developers, consultants, architects, and contracting companies in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
  • Candidate must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
