Customer Management (Traditional, Modern, Institutional & Export Sales)
  • Manage relationships with traditional trade, modern trade, institutional, and export customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
Sales Targets & Performance
  • Achieve assigned sales targets across all sales categories.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions if needed.
Financial & Credit Management
  • Collect payments from customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor credit limits and ensure adherence to company payment policies.
Product & Market Management
  • Introduce and launch new products in line with company strategy.
  • Monitor stock levels and address out-of-stock or short-expiry situations.
  • Track competitor activities and report market trends to management.
Operational Compliance & Reporting
  • Follow company policies and guidelines in all sales activities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for analysis.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies for sales improvement.
Tasks:
  • Manage and grow sales across traditional, modern, institutional, and export channels.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned customers and ensure strong business relationships.
  • Follow defined sales plans and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and enhance sales productivity and market coverage.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to increase market penetration.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and payment collection policies.
  • Track and manage tender opportunities, including pricing and order volumes.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Propose new potential products for market expansion.
Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG food sales, covering Traditional, Modern, Institutional, and Export Sales.
  • Proven ability to service and sell across diverse sales channels.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
