Job Brief:
A well-established interior fitout company is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of proven sales experience in the interior fitout industry and a strong ability to close high-value projects across commercial and residential segments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business development in the interior fitout sector.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in commercial, retail, and residential projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles and ensure timely project handovers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with project and design teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the interior fitout industry.
  • Strong network within the UAE construction and fitout market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • UAE driving license is required.
