Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and strengthen market presence in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this role involves managing dealer networks, developing direct OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving market expansion within the furniture fittings and architectural hardware sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships while delivering consistent results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of business objectives and consistently achieve sales, coverage, and distribution targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Lead project sales initiatives while supporting distributor sales for small orders.
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings to review performance, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
  • Collaborate with Head Office to align priorities and implement effective business strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational guidelines across the sales function.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
  • Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a valid Saudi/GCC driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience working in Riyadh is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, and profit management will be advantageous.
