Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the kitchen industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing sales teams, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth, specifically within the kitchen solutions sector (modular kitchens, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the kitchen or interior design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
