Job Brief:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in heavy lift and crane rental solutions to join their team in Dubai. You will drive business growth by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and securing profitable contracts across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. You’ll work closely with operations to align client needs with fleet capabilities and deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales efforts for heavy lifting and crane rental services, focusing on growth across multiple sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Manage key account relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate rental contracts, pricing, and terms to secure competitive and profitable deals. Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure equipment availability, scheduling, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competition, and customer demands.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, resolving issues, and building long-term trust.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, crane rental, or related industries in the UAE.
  • Proven ability in managing sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong relationships with clients in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
