Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Data Center to drive the growth of advanced liquid cooling component solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic B2B sales within the data center industry, engaging with hyperscale cloud providers, colocation operators, EPC contractors, and OEMs. This position requires a strong technical understanding of data center critical infrastructure and the ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, qualify, and prioritize new sales opportunities in the MEA data center market to develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Key Account Management: Build and execute account plans to strengthen relationships with major hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), colocation providers (STC, Khazna, Gulf Data Hub, Equinix), EPC firms (ALEC, Nesma), and OEMs (Vertiv, Schneider Electric, STULZ).
  • Solution Selling: Present and integrate the technical value proposition of liquid cooling and data center infrastructure products within customers’ broader cooling and design solutions.
  • Channel Management: Recruit, develop, and manage distributors and strategic representatives to enhance market coverage and penetration.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report competitive landscape, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities to internal teams such as Marketing and Product Development.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Lead complex negotiations to ensure profitable, long-term business agreements.
  • Revenue Accountability: Meet and exceed annual regional sales targets.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at major industry events like Datacenter Dynamics and GITEX to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling technical products or solutions into the data center industry.
  • Documented relationships with key players in the MEA data center ecosystem (Hyperscalers, Colocation Providers, EPCs, OEMs).
  • Proven success in managing long sales cycles and complex, high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated achievement in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Prior channel management and distributor relationship experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data center critical infrastructure, precision cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH), liquid cooling technologies, and related components.
  • Expertise in strategic selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling) and high-level contract negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with engineers and C-level executives alike.
  • Deep understanding of MEA regional business culture, particularly within Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the MEA region.
