Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to supervise and manage the sales team handling government and semi-government customers. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding customer networks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, team leadership, and developing long-term client relationships in the Saudi market.
Job Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong customer base and retain existing customers through excellent service.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Visit and advise new and existing customers within the assigned market.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers.
Business Support- Safeguard company assets in respective market areas.
- Supervise sales team activities and performance.
- Understand customer needs and provide support/solutions upon discussion and approval from management.
- Supervise accounts receivable to ensure collections and account health.
Competition Research- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, sales strategies, and new product launches.
- Prepare and share relevant market intelligence with senior management.
Reporting- Submit timely reports to the Assistant General Manager and Management.
