Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the paper manufacturing and food packaging industry, specifically paper cups and related packaging products. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the Riyadh market.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
Identify new customers and develop strong, long-term business relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals effectively.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve results.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Ensure all sales activities follow ethical standards and comply with company policies and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

Relevant sales experience in the paper manufacturing industry, specifically food packaging products (paper cups packaging).
Prior sales experience with paper packaging companies is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
Proven ability to build client relationships and successfully close sales.
Strategic thinker with good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
