Job Brief:The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining business from the current installed base while expanding into new markets and increasing sales volume year-on-year through the acquisition of new installed base customers. The role focuses on developing and managing the Machinery Filtration and Acoustic Systems (MFAS) business across the designated territories of the UAE, Oman, and Yemen.
The position involves driving profitable growth in sales revenues primarily from replacement filters (ReMIF), system upgrades and repairs (ReFIT), and site services (SS) within the assigned territory. The role will require close interaction with operators of gas turbines across sectors such as oil production, oil storage, oil refining, gas production, gas transmission, gas storage, electrical power production, and steam production.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to strengthen existing client relationships, identify opportunities within the installed base, and consistently expand the sales pipeline to support regional business growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow business from the existing installed customer base while identifying opportunities to expand into new markets.
- Drive sales growth for Machinery Filtration and Acoustic Systems (MFAS) products and services within the UAE, Oman, and Yemen territories.
- Generate consistent and profitable sales revenues through replacement filters (ReMIF), system upgrades and repairs (ReFIT), and site services (SS).
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their operational needs are supported with the most effective filtration and system solutions.
- Develop a well-documented regional machinery installed base and expand the opportunity funnel to support approximately 10% year-on-year territory growth.
- Conduct all sales activities in line with established sales policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Close REMIF and ReFIT opportunities within the designated territory through proactive customer engagement and solution-driven sales approaches.
- Prepare REMIF quotations through the CRM system in coordination with the inside sales support teams.
- Maintain and strengthen the existing customer base by ensuring that the company’s value proposition aligns with clients' business needs and operational requirements.
- Qualify all new requests for quotations according to company processes and guidelines.
- Develop and continuously maintain a prioritized target list for new business acquisition, including action plans and value propositions for the top 10 potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system for the installed base within the designated territory in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all opportunities are registered in the CRM system and properly tracked through the sales lifecycle.
- Clone and record all opportunities closed as won or lost within the CRM system to maintain accurate reporting.
- Update the gas turbine installed base list with details such as current installed filter type/manufacturer and last replacement dates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly order intake forecasts and contribute to the development and execution of annual territory business plans.
- Take full ownership of resolving client issues, questions, or clarifications to ensure a positive brand reputation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
