Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Equipment Sales & Rental to lead and develop sales activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental, and related industrial equipment across the UAE.

The role will focus on driving revenue growth across both equipment sales and rental businesses, developing new customers and projects, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and develop sales activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental, and related industrial equipment across the UAE.
Drive revenue growth across both equipment sales and rental businesses by identifying new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
Develop sales opportunities for diesel generators, forklifts, tower lights, dewatering pumps, and associated equipment.
Promote rental solutions and AMC/service contracts to existing and prospective customers.
Develop business with contractors, industrial companies, infrastructure companies, facilities management companies, logistics operators, and other relevant end users.
Identify and develop new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key accounts.
Conduct regular market research to identify upcoming projects, customer requirements, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Lead negotiations for major enquiries, tenders, rental contracts, and long-term customer agreements.
Work closely with technical, rental, service, operations, and commercial teams to ensure appropriate solutions are offered to customers.
Monitor sales pipelines, quotations, order conversions, customer activity, and outstanding opportunities.
Support business development opportunities across the Middle East and export markets.
Lead, guide, and support the sales team in achieving individual and departmental targets.
Maintain strong commercial discipline across pricing, negotiations, margins, and customer agreements.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong experience in generator sales, forklift sales, and/or industrial equipment rental.
Previous exposure to tower lights and dewatering pumps is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market with exposure to Middle East and export markets.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage existing key accounts.
Strong leadership, administration, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented with experience generating high-volume business.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
