Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Equipment Sales & Rental to lead sales and business development activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental, and related industrial equipment across Saudi Arabia.

The role will focus on developing new business, increasing equipment sales and rental revenue, managing key customer accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead sales and business-development activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental, and related industrial equipment across Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase equipment sales, rental revenue, and market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, logistics, and other relevant sectors.
Develop sales opportunities for diesel generators, forklifts, tower lights, dewatering pumps, and associated equipment.
Promote equipment rental and AMC/service solutions to existing and prospective customers.
Build relationships with contractors, industrial companies, project companies, and other key customers throughout KSA.
Identify and develop new key accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Monitor major projects, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Lead commercial negotiations for major sales enquiries, rental contracts, and long-term agreements.
Develop opportunities within the wider Middle East and export markets where applicable.
Manage sales pipelines, quotations, order conversions, revenue targets, and key-account activities.
Coordinate with technical, service, rental, and operational teams to provide suitable customer solutions.
Guide and support the sales team in achieving individual and departmental targets.
Maintain strong commercial control over pricing, margins, negotiations, and contractual terms.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong experience in generator sales, forklift sales, and industrial equipment rental.
Exposure to tower lights and dewatering pumps is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
Middle East and export-market exposure is highly desirable.
Arabic language skills are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage major customer accounts.
Strong leadership, administration, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of generating high-volume business.
Valid KSA driving licence is mandatory.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
