Job Brief:

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (HVAC / Heating & Cooling Solutions) to develop and grow the company’s business in Saudi Arabia for its range of HVAC and heating solutions, primarily Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, and Heat Exchangers.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales within the Saudi Arabian HVAC/MEP market and an established network with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new projects, developing client relationships, generating enquiries, securing product specifications, and converting opportunities into orders. The role requires a strong understanding of the Saudi construction, MEP, and HVAC market, combined with the ability to manage the complete project sales cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales activities for Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, and related HVAC/heating solutions across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects with potential requirements for the company’s products.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong project sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, main contractors, and end users.
  • Work closely with MEP consultants to obtain vendor registrations, product approvals, and specifications for relevant projects.
  • Track projects from the design/tender stage through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and final order.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions in coordination with the engineering/technical team.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, submittals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close orders while maintaining required margins.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and strengthen the company’s presence within the Saudi market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, upcoming projects, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines, and regular management reports.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.
  • Support the development of the company’s overall sales strategy and market expansion plans for Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP equipment sales, with strong exposure to project sales.
  • Prior sales experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Strong product experience in at least two or more of the following: Chillers, Boilers – Hot Water / Steam, Calorifiers / Hot Water Storage Systems, Heat Exchangers.
  • Good technical understanding of HVAC and hot-water systems, with the ability to discuss product applications with consultants and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi construction, MEP, and HVAC market.
  • Existing relationships with MEP consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and other key project stakeholders in Saudi Arabia would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience handling the complete project sales cycle from lead generation and specification through tendering, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing project orders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop new markets with limited supervision.
  • A valid Saudi driving licence would be an advantage.
