Job Brief:
A dynamic and technically strong Sales & Marketing Manager is required to lead the sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and drive business growth for a leading HVAC and MEP contracting company in Dubai. This role involves a combination of sales leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the local market, particularly in dealing with contractors and overseeing project deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the HVAC and MEP market, competitor offerings, and upcoming technologies.
  • Lead interactions with contractors during award stages, ensuring the best pricing and payment terms are negotiated.
  • Oversee proposal development, documentation, and manage contractor interfaces efficiently.
  • Ensure timely issuance of project-related documents, including manuals and warranty letters.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure all project specifications are clearly communicated prior to testing and commissioning.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and represent the company at relevant exhibitions, meetings, and events.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
  • 12+ years GCC experience in HVAC/MEP sales engineering or management
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep technical understanding of solar, boilers, heat pumps and chillers
  • Demonstrated track record with contractor-level negotiations and award strategy
  • Understanding of testing & commissioning process
  • UAE driver’s license (mandatory)
  • Have a strong network of GCC market relationships (contractors, consultants, procurement agents)
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC on short notice
