Job Brief:A leading automotive organization is seeking a detail-oriented
Sales & Production Planner to support dealer coordination, production planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, dealerships, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution, accurate reporting, and operational continuity. Candidates with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and exposure to the automotive sector will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and coordination of dealer orders in close collaboration with direct managers.
- Monitor daily planned production activities to ensure achievement of output targets.
- Report on planned versus actual production targets achieved and inform dealerships of any unforeseen circumstances that may delay product deliveries.
- Order and evaluate inventory status in coordination with the sales team, while assessing production capacity and allocation availability.
- Assist in forecasting sales, production, and inventory for both CBU and SKD units across the Japanese and KSA markets, considering capacity constraints and applicable governmental regulations under the guidance of the direct manager.
- Assist in analyzing pricing strategies tailored to the KSA market by leveraging operational profit data and collaborating closely with dealerships to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of periodic production sheets and mandatory reports as per company requirements.
- Calculate monthly sales forecasts based on production data, shipment statistics, and dealership payment status.
- Track and monitor inventory levels of the local factory in coordination with the direct manager.
- Maintain standardized reporting templates and share accurate monthly sales and order reports with the sales team.
- Retain and manage monthly sales and order reports, agreements, contracts, and other critical documents, ensuring timely retrieval when required.
- Provide seamless administrative and operational support to the sales team during their absence by liaising with dealerships and distributors to ensure continuity.
