Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled Sales/Service Engineer with expertise in CNC plasma cutting and laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and ensuring the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales ability, and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell CNC plasma cutting and laser cutting machines to clients.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC cutting machines at client sites.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and support them throughout the sales and service process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely service delivery.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in CNC machine sales or service.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong technical knowledge of CNC plasma and laser cutting machines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
