Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Middle East/Africa region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer resin sales, with specific exposure to Nigeria, West Africa, the GCC/Middle East, French-speaking countries in West or Central Africa, Spanish-speaking South American markets, and knowledge of the CIS and Russian market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales activities for polymer resin, polyol, TDI, and other related products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the specified regions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Travel to different markets as needed to meet clients and promote products.

Job Requirements:
English speaking:
  • For polymer resin sales with Nigeria / West Africa exposure, preference will be given to those currently based in that region.
  • Polymer resin / polyol / TDI sales experience in the GCC / Middle East Region.
French speaking:
  • Experience in French-speaking countries of West or Central Africa, preferably currently based in these markets.
Spanish speaking:
  • South America experience, preferably currently based in these markets.
Russian speaking:
  • Knowledge of CIS and Russian markets, preferably currently based in these markets.
  • Product knowledge: Must be presently in direct sales in the Africa / South America market in Polyol, TDI, Polyurethane, Foam, or mattress fabric industry, or alternatively in Polymer resins such as PET, PP, PE, and PVC.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in direct sales.
  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Nationality: Indian
Note: Candidates must presently be based in Africa (English or French Speaking) or in South America (Spanish speaking) and must be directly handling the sales portfolio in the actual markets. For the African market, English-speaking candidates based in Nigeria are also of interest. Candidates must understand their market well and know the nuances of doing business/sales in a seamless manner.
