Job Brief:The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of four sales executives while also contributing individually to sales. This is a target-driven role that requires strong leadership skills and proven experience in selling food products across HORECA, retail, and wholesale markets.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of four sales executives to achieve set sales targets.
- Contribute directly to sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in HORECA, retail, and wholesale sectors.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support where necessary.
- Maintain strong client relationships with restaurants, hotels, caterers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards.
