Job Brief:
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of four sales executives while also contributing individually to sales. This is a target-driven role that requires strong leadership skills and proven experience in selling food products across HORECA, retail, and wholesale markets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of four sales executives to achieve set sales targets.
  • Contribute directly to sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in HORECA, retail, and wholesale sectors.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support where necessary.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with restaurants, hotels, caterers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven background in selling food products across the above categories in HORECA, retail, and wholesale markets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales goals.
