Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the field sales team handling Lower Trade and Self-Service outlets.
- Drive sales growth and market penetration across B Class markets in Dubai.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across assigned outlets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of volume and distribution targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and self-service clients.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure compliance with pricing and schemes.
- Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
