Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced Sales Director – Construction & Industrial to lead and execute the commercial strategy for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key customer relationships across construction and industrial sectors.
This senior leadership role is responsible for building high-performing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and aligning sales execution with company objectives across multiple business units, including steel, aluminum, prefab, PVC membrane, industrial manufacturing, and temporary structures.
The position is based in Dubai and operates at group level, supporting multiple subsidiaries and regional operations.
Key Relationships:Board of Directors & ChairmanPurpose: Strategy approval, revenue performance, and market positioning
Sales Director Focus:- Provide periodic updates on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Advise on market expansion, pricing, and customer segmentation
- Support Board discussions on revenue risks and contract exposure
