Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP LE/TM Consultant to support and enhance SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (TM) processes across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The role involves providing functional support, managing implementation and enhancement requests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration between logistics processes and SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP LE/TM modules, logistics settlement processes, and EDI integrations using XML and IDOC technologies. The position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to support business users through process improvements, training initiatives, and system enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (TM) modules, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end business cycle, including Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Settlement processes.
• Provide implementation and support services for SAP LE functionalities, including Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Settlement through the TM module.
• Support tickets, process improvements, change requests, and implementation activities related to SAP LE/TM and EDI modules for subsidiaries across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
• Utilize technical knowledge of EDI integrations, including XML and IDOC interfaces, to support business operations and third-party integrations.
• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, documenting functional and technical requirements, and mapping business processes to SAP solutions.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and system requirements.
• Support subsidiaries during month-end and year-end SAP closing activities, ensuring smooth logistics and settlement processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, SAP implementations, and user training programs, both onsite and offsite.
• Provide audit support to business users and assist with third-party logistics (3PL) EDI implementations and integrations.
• Prepare user manuals, training documentation, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing materials as required.
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve SAP Logistics (LE/TM) module issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
• Analyze logistics-related closing requests and provide effective solutions to business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction.
