Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth within the kitchen solutions industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, overseeing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets across retail and project sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modular kitchens, cabinetry, countertops, and related products, along with proven experience in the Abu Dhabi market. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen solutions industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through project award and completion.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Support and guide junior sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with international kitchen brands and business partners where applicable.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the kitchen solutions, cabinetry, interior fit-out, furniture, or related industry.
  • Strong experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Proven experience in retail and project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen products, cabinetry, countertops, materials, and market trends.
  • Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales team will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and kitchen design software will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of medium-scale commercial and residential projects will be an advantage.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
