Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a Senior Calibration & Service Engineer to lead pressure and temperature calibration activities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing pressure, temperature, and electrical measuring instruments. The role also involves developing calibration procedures, maintaining technical documentation, supporting calibration laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in calibration, instrumentation servicing, and equipment repair, with strong technical expertise in pressure, temperature, and electrical calibration.

Job Responsibilities:

Calibrate, troubleshoot, service, and repair pressure calibrators, automated pressure controllers, multifunction calibrators, temperature calibrators, pressure modules, and pneumatic/hydraulic pressure generation systems.
Perform calibration, servicing, and repair of pressure and temperature transmitters, pressure sensors, RTDs, thermocouples, process instruments, and other industrial instrumentation.
Calibrate electrical test instruments, including digital multimeters, clamp meters, and other electrical measuring equipment.
Develop and maintain calibration procedures, technical documentation, and measurement uncertainty budgets.
Support calibration laboratory development, quality management, and technical service operations.
Ensure calibration activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, quality procedures, and applicable technical standards.
Manage reference standards, calibration equipment, and service schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and customer support.
Coordinate with customers regarding calibration requirements, servicing activities, and technical issues.
Maintain accurate calibration records, service reports, and technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in calibration, instrumentation servicing, and equipment repair.
Strong technical expertise in pressure, temperature, and electrical calibration.
Practical experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing pressure calibrators, temperature calibrators, and industrial measuring instruments.
Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, calibration quality procedures, and audit handling.
Experience preparing calibration procedures, technical documentation, and measurement uncertainty budgets.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Good communication and customer coordination skills.
Experience in the calibration, servicing, and repair of Air Data Test Sets (ADTS) will be an added advantage.
