Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Executive to oversee the maintenance operations at a leading cement manufacturing facility in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance within the cement industry, particularly in Kiln, Coal Mill, and Cement Mill (Ball Mill) equipment. This role requires effective planning, team leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and guide the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies in all maintenance operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs while ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare daily maintenance checklists and reports.
• Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee spares planning and maintain sufficient inventory of critical spare parts.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to align maintenance schedules with operational requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through kaizen initiatives and process optimization.
