Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to manage project-based sales for water and sanitary solutions across the UAE. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with contractors and distributors, particularly for major healthcare and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with regional and international teams and will be responsible for handling projects independently from initiation to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle project-based sales for water and sanitary solutions.
  • Engage and manage relationships with contractors and distributors for major healthcare and infrastructure projects.
  • Drive business development activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and international counterparts for project support and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
  • Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and contract closures.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales of water, sanitary ware, or related industrial solutions.
  • Familiarity with sanitary ware and water solution products is required.
  • Knowledge about the construction of healthcare facilities such as hospitals, medical clinics, etc.
  • Strong connections with contractors/consultants within the GCC region.
  • Experience handling project-based sales is mandatory.
  • Healthcare sector project experience is preferred.
  • Communication skills in Arabic and English are a must; French will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage projects independently from day one.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business requirements.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
