Job Brief:The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on selling industrial machinery and consumables while providing technical guidance and solutions to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a combination of engineering knowledge, sales acumen, and strong relationship management. The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from product demonstration to negotiation and order closure, while coordinating with internal operations, accounts, and purchasing teams.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the metal, fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas, and tube & pipe sectors.
- Provide technical consultations and conduct demonstrations for machinery and consumables.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close sales.
- Monitor project requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
- Report sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
