Job Brief:
A leading company in the water and wastewater treatment industry is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to manage dealer and export sales across GCC and African markets. The role involves expanding the dealer network, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting comprehensive water, wastewater, and HVAC treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication and analytical skills, capable of driving business growth through strategic sales and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture the existing dealer base, ensuring consistent sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new dealer networks in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate contracts and communications with existing principals, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Handle internal sales operations related to all principal accounts.
  • Work closely with dealers and overseas customers to promote and sell water and wastewater treatment solutions, including HVAC systems, across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, relationship building, and cold calling.
  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies and plans to meet company targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market/competitor analysis reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare risk committee documents and cash flow analyses for major projects.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts with clients and partners.
  • Review client inquiries, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure timely submission of submittals.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for smooth project handover and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management in line with business needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
  • Proven experience in GCC or African markets, selling through dealers and export channels.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Salesforce or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
