Job Brief:The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships across relevant industrial sectors in the UAE. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice on machinery and consumable products. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with back-office operations, purchasing, and accounts teams to ensure smooth sales execution. Candidates must interact directly with end-user departments who make the purchasing decisions, not just the procurement team.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the metal, fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil and gas, and tube & pipe sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers through market research and direct engagement.
- Conduct product presentations and machinery demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, purchasing, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales performance against targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.
