Job Brief:
Our client, a leading food delivery and e-commerce company based in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of product implementation initiatives across its B2C and B2B platforms. This role requires strong leadership, technical fluency, and hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-impact digital products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of product implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Manage resource planning across projects to ensure optimal team utilization and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, design, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, workflows, and delivery plans.
  • Continuously enhance existing processes to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance team productivity and eliminate workflow inefficiencies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve blockers.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, and resources to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide strategic updates to leadership.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and smooth handover to operational teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in product-based or e-commerce environments.
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical implementations in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud-based systems, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Skilled in resource planning and performance optimization.
  • Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent project management platforms.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
