Job Brief:
This is an opportunity for a professional, engaged, and open-minded individual to join a dedicated team offering a complete range of door and automation services to customers. It is a target-oriented role that requires commitment, the ability to understand different customer segments, and timely delivery of both numerical targets and work outputs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete inside sales management from receipt of enquiry, email response, quotation, follow-up, post-order processing, spares requisition, planning and scheduling of technicians, effective execution, and report submissions.
  • Read and understand reports, and prepare quotations based on the information provided.
  • Ensure prompt quotation submissions and consistent follow-ups from quote to order conversion.
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments, work permits, gate passes, and any other required documentation.
  • Handle technicians as part of daily routines and remain flexible to take calls as per business requirements.
  • Review and submit monthly overtime for technicians.
  • Submit daily reports to the accounts department.
  • Lead by setting up meetings for service business enhancement purposes.
  • Provide reliable weekly and monthly reporting based on set goals.
  • Execute additional duties delegated within the AAES program as and when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years in similar roles.
  • Education: Technical degree or high school diploma.
  • Education in physics, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems).
  • Languages: English and Hindi required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Travel requirement: 10–20%.
  • Strong sales acumen.
  • Experience in handling a team of technicians and/or engineers.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and committed.
  • Eager to learn and develop new technical and sales-related skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong priority-setting and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain result-oriented.
