Job Brief:The Service Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving the service sales of residential garage doors and industrial doors & docks across the UAE market. The role involves expanding market share, cultivating strong relationships with end users, and promoting product solutions through direct market engagement, customer education, and structured sales activities. The position requires frequent travel within the UAE and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:- Understand and stay updated on product features, functions, and applications to meet various industry needs.
- Promote and sell residential and industrial door products through door-to-door market coverage and additional sales channels.
- Identify, contact, and build strong relationships with potential end-user customers.
- Educate customers on product features, solutions, and service benefits to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, driving sales of maintenance contracts, replacements, and upgrades.
- Prepare sales calculations, quotations, and conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and deliver tailored product presentations aligned with customer requirements and competitive market conditions.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Report on lost orders and provide feedback to management to identify areas for improvement.
