Job Brief:Our client is hiring a Service Sales Manager to lead service sales activities within the Separation & Flow Technologies division in the Middle East. The role involves managing budgets, promoting service offerings, handling customer relationships, and driving modernization and digitalization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of homogenizers, separators, and decanters, with a proven track record in service sales and regional client management.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage service sales order intake and sales budgets for SEP and HOM across the Middle East region.
- Apply technical expertise in servicing and maintaining homogenizers, separators, and decanters.
- Promote service products including modernization, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers and international teams to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate activities of sales agents to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and support local channel partners in stocking flow components.
- Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 30% travel) to build relationships, discuss needs, follow up on offers, promote services, and negotiate SLAs.
- Gather customer feedback on service quality and drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Work closely with service order handling and logistics teams.
- Manage key service accounts and provide tailored solutions.
- Review service sales performance periodically with leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
- Address and resolve service-related issues in coordination with service execution leadership.
- Perform market analysis and identify gaps in segmentation and installed base penetration.
- Participate in planning meetings and forecast reviews with service and logistics teams.
- Analyze business performance across product lines, countries, and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor and unauthorized (pirate) activities and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Engage in continuous learning and internal training to stay up-to-date with tools and service offerings.
- Build a collaborative team culture, mentoring subordinates for growth and performance.
- Promote digital service products, connected machines, and other related innovations.
