Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced
Service Sales Manager for the
Liquid and Powder Technologies (LPT) division to lead service sales growth across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service, maintenance, and aftermarket solutions for
industrial processing equipment such as
UHT systems, Evaporators, Spray Dryers, Pasteurizers, Mixers, Pumps, and Valves.
This role demands both technical and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships, manage service portfolios, and achieve ambitious sales targets in the region.
Job Responsibilities:1. Service Sales & Business Development- Achieve Service Sales and OI (Order Intake) targets for the LPT division across the Middle East region.
- Promote the company’s comprehensive service portfolio, including modernization, digitalization, and sustainability solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and key account management.
- Promote and sell aftermarket services such as spare parts, upgrades, preventive maintenance contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial service proposals in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client visits (approximately 30% travel within the Middle East) to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and gather service feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
3. Coordination & Internal Collaboration- Coordinate closely with service order handling, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Liaise with headquarters and global teams for technical support, approvals, and project coordination.
- Participate in regular sales review meetings, providing performance updates, forecasts, and strategic action plans.
- Support regional and global initiatives related to service strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability.
4. Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth areas and potential risks.
- Monitor competitor activities, including third-party service providers and non-OEM spare parts suppliers, and recommend counter-strategies.
- Review and analyze sales performance by product line, business unit, and region to develop action plans for target achievement.
5. Leadership & Self-Development- Demonstrate leadership through accountability, initiative, and collaboration across teams.
- Stay updated on new service technologies and tools through internal training and industry developments.
- Promote teamwork, integrity, and a culture of continuous improvement within the service organization.
