Job Summary:
As a Service Technician specializing in heavy equipment, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, focusing on Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and Skid Steers. The role requires a qualified professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, ITI/Diploma qualifications, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment, particularly within a dealership setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex circuits in machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing queries and concerns.
• Work closely with the service team to coordinate and prioritize repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.

Job Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment, with a focus on dealership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the electrical and hydraulic systems of heavy machinery.
• Ability to identify, explain, and troubleshoot complex circuits in hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
