Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our client’s team in Muscat, Oman. This role is responsible for managing community engagement and executing moment marketing strategies to build meaningful connections with the audience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, quick to respond in real-time, and experienced in fostering brand loyalty through effective communication and content creation.
This position also involves live event coverage, content curation, and using AI tools to enhance engagement strategies and performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Management
  • Monitor and manage interactions across social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Foster a positive online community and build long-term relationships with followers.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve concerns to maintain a strong brand image.
Moment Marketing & Content Creation
  • Implement moment marketing strategies to leverage trending topics and real-time opportunities.
  • Create and curate timely, relevant, and engaging content (posts, videos, stories).
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
Event Coverage & Real-Time Content
  • Provide live social media coverage during client events and campaigns.
  • Capture real-time content and ensure timely publication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) for seamless content execution.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key engagement metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use tools like Brandwatch, ChatGPT, Canva, MidJourney, and Image FX to enhance insights and content strategies.
  • Analyze audience behavior to optimize community growth and interaction.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external stakeholders (clients, influencers).
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for effective audience interaction.
  • Experience in content creation and social media writing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Brandwatch, Canva, ChatGPT, and major social platforms.
  • Ability to analyze audience behavior and tailor engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of brand reputation management and online crisis handling.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and analytics is a plus (not mandatory).
