Job Brief:We are looking for talents like you to join a full-time permanent position in our client's MEIA Graduate Program. This Position is responsible for supporting the specifications team by managing documentation and collecting market data to help maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure the successful execution of projects. This position reports to the Specifications Manager and will be based in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team with daily activities, including project submittals, proposals, quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth sales operations outcomes.
- Maintain the specifications database of project stakeholders for easy access and reference.
- Facilitate communication between the Sales Manager, specification personnel, and other internal teams to ensure timely sharing of relevant information.
- Receive and communicate external inquiries and project-related information accurately to other team members.
- Track trends and developments in the construction and paint industry to strengthen company’s market positioning.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales and specifications team to support business development efforts.
