Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage daily stores and inventory activities at its manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper inventory control using FIFO and FEFO principles.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in stores or inventory management, a Diploma in Supply Chain, and hands-on experience using SAP and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store materials according to established stores procedures.
Issue materials to the relevant departments based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory movements.
Apply First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO) principles for proper material rotation.
Process goods receipts and material issues using SAP.
Maintain stores and inventory records using SAP and Microsoft Office.
Ensure materials are properly organised and stored for easy identification and retrieval.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain.
2–3 years of relevant experience in stores operations or inventory management.
Hands-on experience using SAP for goods receipts and material issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance procedures.
Understanding of FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles.
Ability to maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
